Years of Experience
Established in 1981 as the Vadodara Employers' Organisation, evolved into the Gujarat Employers' Organization (GEO). Over four decades, this dynamic organisation has been powered by seasoned entrepreneurs, business leaders, and industrialists who have been pivotal in fostering harmonious relations among employers, employees, and the government. Serving as a Nodal Agency for the government, GEO has played a crucial role in maintaining industrial peace and progress in Gujarat.
Continuously adapting to the changing times, GEO has expanded its reach and services, establishing itself as the go-to community for organisations and their people. Our approach has evolved from focusing solely on compliance-based initiatives to embracing sustainability-driven initiatives that cover diversity, inclusion, corporate governance, environmental stewardship, social responsibility, health, and financial well-being. GEO also engages in policy advocacy to the Government on behalf of member entities.
This multifaceted approach has enabled businesses to remain relevant and thrive in today's dynamic environment, solidifying GEO’s role as a leader in fostering industrial and economic growth.
Past, present and Future - GEO’s approach remains the same. To focus on building sustainable growth and industry resilience, supporting business owners and their workforce by optimising operations, addressing challenges, promoting best practices, while nurturing inclusivity.
